Terms and conditions

Tour members/passengers please ensure to read, understand and accept the following: –

1) Booking / Deposit / Payment

a. Non-refundable Deposit is required upon reservation and balance payment in full must be made 30 days before
departure date. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeited of the deposit.

b. Payment based on cash term / payment by cheque must be made 30 days before departure date / payment made by credit card subject to

c. Please ensure the name of passengers travelling follow according to the passport.

d. Full payment has to be made for issuance of air-ticket.

2) Cancellation / Changes of tour or date
2.1) Cancellation or amendment of booking by tour member must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.

a. more than 45 working days before departure date – forfeiture of deposit

b. 31-44 working days before departure date – 35% of tour fare

c. 15-30 working days before departure date – 50% of tour fare

d. 08-14 working days before departure date – 75% of tour fare

e. 01-07 working days before departure date – 100% of tour fare

2.2) Cancellation policy on special promotion fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges. (Note: The airline ticket is restricted and subject to
Airline’s terms and conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any amendment in routing or
change of date of travel by tour member is solely by his own risk. The company shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and
extra expenses incurred).
2.3) At any time after a booking has been made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight
where we reasonably consider this to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons. In the event
of such flight cancellation, we shall at our option, either

a. Carry you at the earliest opportunity on another of our scheduled services on which space is available without additional charge and, where
necessary, extend the validity of your booking; or

b. Should you choose to travel another time, retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel provided that you re-book within
six (6) months there from.

2.4) In the event of any force majeure epidemic, strike or riot where the reserved flight is still operable, the passenger is bond to follow the agreed tour.
Any refusal on the part of the passenger will amount to a cancellation made by him/her and subject to cancellation charges.
2.5) The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any act of God, war, strike, not or order from the Government of Malaysia which is
beyond its control.
2.6) The company reserves the right to amend the hotel booking during the peak season and festival season or other circumstances beyond our
control. Additional charges are applied for changing to new hotel if fees are different from those advertised.
3) Tour Fare
3.1) Includes:

a. Economy return excursion group ticket, not including all airport taxes and whatever applicable taxes.

b. Hotel accommodation on twin sharing basis. For those who travel alone, every effort will be made for a share room basis, otherwise, single
supplement will be charged. Child tour fare is 2 years but not more than 12 years of age, sharing a twin room with two adults.

c. Meals, sightseeing and admission fees as indicated in the itinerary.

d. All sightseeing tours and transfers are based on sit-in coach basis, unless otherwise specifically stated by us.

e. Free airline baggage allowance and hand carried baggage on board the aircraft is provided by the Airlines and the quantum and conditions may
differ from one airline to another and from airport authority to another.

3.2) Excludes:

a. Travel insurance, visa fees, excess baggage charges.

b. Laundry, beverage, room services or other purely personal natures and optional tours.

c. Meal, gratuities and other service not listed in the itinerary.

d. Tipping to Tour Leader, Tour Guide and Driver.

e. Meal on board for low cost carrier.

f. Airport and hotel porter fees.

3.3) Travel Insurance

a. All our members are advised to purchase travel insurance for personal/family member coverage for accident, flight delay, medical
hospitalization, baggage losses or any other unforeseen incident.

3.4) Any government taxes, charges, insurance surcharge which imposed by the relevant authority or the Airline Operator in respect of your use of
any of our services or facilities will be an additional cost to our tour fares, therefore, any of these fees shall be borne by you, unless otherwise
specifically stated by us. Such taxes, charges and insurance surcharge imposed on air travel may change from time to time and can be imposed
even after your confirmed booking. You shall in spite of that bear such taxes, charges or insurance surcharge as and when they fall due prior to
4. Tour Price

a. Tour price shown are current at the time of the publication. Tour information and the price list form part of the brochure. The prices are subject
to change due to increase in airfares, airport taxes, other transportation costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax, etc. Therefore, the
company reserves the right to increase prices on condition that it informs the customers accordingly.

5. Refund

a. No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other
services which are included in the tour fare but not utilize by tour member due to personal reasons.
b. The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time booking made by or on behalf of tour member prior to departure due to
insufficient group size for any reason whatsoever. The decision of the company shall be the final and conclusive and the company for such
cancellation shall incur no liabilities whatsoever. All monies paid towards booking fees shall be refunded. (If the visas already done, passenger
has to bear the fees).

6. Travel Document

a. All passengers must be personally ensure that their passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure.

b. All passengers must obtain necessary visa, vaccination and health certificates as required by the various authorities of the countries to be visited.
Wherever possible, the company will assist passengers in obtaining the necessary visa, however, the company cannot guarantee the approval of
any visa application.

c. If for any reason, the application for visa or necessary exit permit is rejected, a refund of tour fare will be made less administrative fee.

d. The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any tour member is refused entry
or deported by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes, or
whose behaviour and activities are considered to be detrimental by a foreign government.

e. Foreign passport holders should be responsible for their own re-entry permit visa into Malaysia.

7. Responsibility

a. The company and its associate agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principles. Tickets, service
vouchers and travel documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which these services are provided.

b. The company and its appointed agents reserves the right to amend or cancel any of the arrangement contained in the itinerary as may be
deemed necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.

c. The company shall not liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings resulting directly or indirectly form
occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, war, theft, delays, medical, customs regulations, cancellation,
charges in therein or schedules, etc. It is responsibility of the tour member to buy travel insurance to safe guard themselves.

d. The company reserves the right to require any tour member to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that this tour member act or conduct is
offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other tour members and the company shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such
tour member. The company shall not make a refund for any uncompleted part of the tour.

e. Duration of tour includes day of departure and day of return, neither of these are full days.

f. Any alteration on the routing or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk, the company shall not be held responsible for
any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.

g. The company reserves the right to publish or to print any photographic material which taken during the said tour for commercial use.
